iMuscle 2
Tired of skinny arms or extra flab? This acclaimed app allows users to focus on a muscle and custom design workouts for that respective area. An animated, skinless model demonstrates each of its 600 exercises. Use filters to find exercises by type, body area or equipment.
5-Round Fury
Get ready to sweat. Rick Kattouf, a mixed martial arts conditioning coach and sports nutrition specialist, created this high-intensity interval workout experience. The 5-Round Fury app runs you through a set of 10 body weight exercises, each lasting one minute, with 10 seconds of rest in between exercise. The goal is to eventually perform five sets in one sitting.
FitStar Personal Trainer
For quick workouts without pricey fitness equipment, consider downloading this. It categorizes training into four styles: the cardio-heavy "get lean"; strength training; 10-15 minute quickie workouts; and freestyle exercises. The app's algorithm automatically adjusts the routines depending on how challenging each exercise is, based on the user's rating.
