Superica has their Ensalada de la Casa, and the dressing is out of this world. I'm not one to go to a Mexican restaurant and order a salad, but every time I visit, I have to get it. I would love to replicate it at home now that I have relocated out of the state. Is it possible to get the recipe? — Tori Allen, formerly of Doraville, now Buffalo, New York

This vinaigrette may remind you of ranch dressing with its combination of mayonnaise, buttermilk, garlic and herbs but the oregano takes it in a different direction. It’s a bright accompaniment to the chopped greens, avocado, cucumber, pickled onion, sweet corn, radish, Monterey Jack and crispy tortillas in Superica’s Ensalada de la Casa.
