The fast food chain plans to drop the drive-thru and add the booze at a newfangled Georgia Tech location this summer on the ground floor of its new University House apartment complex at 930 Spring St. NW, across I-85 from Tech's campus, according to Eater.com.

The taco chain opened its first Taco Bell Cantina  location, serving alcohol and tapas-style fare, in the Wicker Park neighborhood of Chicago last fall and another in San Francisco late last year. Chicago's location offers sangria, beer, wine and frozen mixed drinks. No word yet on what type of alcohol will be served at the Midtown location, according to the restaurant news website.

The new concept’s menu will include shareable appetizers including nachos and rolled tacos.

Other Taco Bell Cantina locations are planned  near campuses in Austin; Berkeley, California; Columbus, Ohio; and Fayetteville, Arkansas, according to Eater.
