Best Bites: Thomas’ Blueberry English Muffins

If blueberries make pancakes better, will they do the same for English muffins? Well, sort of. At any rate, they don’t make them any worse — proving it is hard to improve on an English muffin. The folks at Thomas’ scattered blueberries in their already-excellent English muffins, and the result is an already-excellent English muffin with blueberries in it. You could do worse.
