Best Bites: Pillsbury Purely Simple White Cake & Cupcake mix

I’m not sure if it’s the fact that Pillsbury’s new Purely Simple has no colors, preservatives or artificial flavors or if the folks at Pillsbury have just mastered boxed cake, but this new formula produced the fluffiest and most flavorful cupcakes I have ever had. My son and I made these one Sunday afternoon, and everyone in the family agreed they were even better than ones we get at the bakery. Purely Simple is also available in cookie mix, brownie mix, icing mix and chocolate cake mix.
