The let's-put-sriracha-in-everything trend continues apace, and the product we tried this week is one of the more successful ventures. Sriracha is a natural accompaniment to tomatoes, which bring out its bright piquancy. Here it is mixed with tomatoes, red chiles (which you don't taste; they are overwhelmed by the sriracha) and not enough sugar to make it taste too sweet. We cooked it with spiced lentils and rice, and it was a brilliant addition.
