Is it any wonder that everyone who likes hot food particularly enjoys hatch green chilis? Their deep, rich flavor is unique, which is why it makes so much sense for the folks at Clancy’s to sprinkle it over a traditional party mix (think Chex cereal). It makes a delightful change of pace and would go, one assumes, exceptionally well with beer.
