Baking Central: Blueberries add big flavor to Baby Dutch Babies

Place butter into muffin tin, melt in oven before pouring in batter. (Isaac Hale/Minneapolis Star Tribune/TNS)

Pour batter mix into muffin tin. Allow space between each Dutch Puff, they will expand in the oven. (Isaac Hale/Minneapolis Star Tribune/TNS)

After taking Dutch Puffs out of the oven, they will have risen, but will quickly deflate. Once they're deflated, add blueberry compote. (Isaac Hale/Minneapolis Star Tribune/TNS)
