Indra Tobias, who runs Salon Mosaic and is a co-founder of the Tuesday Night Urban Run Club, checks the route the runners will take on one Tuesday evening in March. Open to all abilities of runners, the group has grown exponentially from its original three and runs the city streets each week for exercise and to send a message of reclaiming neighborhoods from crime. "We love running," said Fiona Sites-Bowen, one of the organizers. "We want to be comfortable in our own neighborhoods."
