Football superstar Terrell Owens is now an author. He's published a self-help, workout book.

The book is a workout book, but is sprinkled with the tales of his career as well as his upbringing. He shares some insights such as "You can splurge a little with the proper balance."

"Achieving the mind, body, and spirit connection brings real power."

"When I first stepped into the locker room of the 49ers, I was in complete awe. I couldn't believe I was there and that my locker was directly next to that of a man I'd admired for so long, Jerry Rice."
