Boot Camp in the Park holds outdoor workouts several days a week in Cobb County parks, this morning's workout was at Sweat Mountain Park in East Cobb.

Heidi Morris, from Marietta, who operates Boot Camp in the Park, was participating in this sesson, but not instructing. She is running the bases during beach ball baseball.

Boot Camp in the Park holds outdoor workouts several days a week in Cobb County parks. Kim Aquino, in front, from Marietta, is the Boot Camp instructor for this session, leading the group in a 45 minute workout. It was a great morning for a workout with temperatures expected to be in the low 80s. (http://www.bootcampinthepark.org/)

In this exercise, the ball is passed down the line and you had to pick up the pass with your feet.
