The Row on Wylie is being billed as ‘space homes close to everything’

Between Edgewood and Reynoldstown, a crop of five townhomes are now on the market. Listed in the $400Ks, The Row on Wylie is being marketed as homes that “make everyday life more convenient.”

Located at the corner of Wylie Street and Moreland Avenue, the new builds offer easy access to places like Krog Street Market and the ever-changing Memorial Drive corridor.

From Foyer Urban builders, which also developed the Views at O4W, the Edgewood townhomes come in two floor plans.

Both are about 1,700 square feet with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

They are outfitted with finishes like rooftop sky terraces, hardwood floors, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The development also has shared green space.
