Conference examines laughter as the best medicine

This is one remedy that will make you feel better and doesn’t with a hefty doctor’s bill.

It’s simple, it’s cheap and everyone can do it - laugh.

“Laughter massages all our internal organs, strengthens the immune system, and makes us feel lighter and more able to handle life’s challenges,” said Debbie Ellison, a laughter coach, laughter yoga teacher and creator of the Southern Fried Laughter Conference, which will be held May 16-18 in Atlanta.

The conference will include sessions on healing healing and the benefits of laughter.
