Niche, a tracking and review website, found the most diverse colleges in Georgia based on key statistics and student reviews.

Analysts ranked the colleges by assessing the socioeconomic diversity, ethnic and geographic diversity and student gender ratio, according to Niche's website.

Emory University earned bragging rights by securing the No. 1 spot on the list. The private university in DeKalb County is comprised of 16 percent international students, 66 percent out-of-state students and 50 percent of students belonging to the most represented ethnicity. Emory earned the No. 22 spot on Niche's national list of the most diverse colleges, right on the heels of Rice University. For Niche's national list, the research site assessed 1,713 public and private traditional four-year colleges.

Agnes Scott College, Savannah College of Art & Design, Wesleyan College and Oglethrope University followed Emory, respectively, for Niche's assesment of the most diverse universities in Georgia.

Georgia College & State University (No. 36), Fort Valley State University (No. 37) and Berry College (No. 38) landed towards the bottom of the list.

  10. Kennesaw State University  (Nationally ranked No. 306)
