History: The Center for Positive Aging has been as a trusted resource for 37 years for seniors who need reliable information, programs, and services about age-related issues and concerns.

Did you know: As the consumer arm of Leading Age Georgia, the center connects seniors with home health care, mental health, housing, and more through a network of community partners and congregations. They also assist seniors who feel isolated and want to find purpose and meaning in their lives.

Its motto: "Informing seniors about housing and services to assist in positive, successful aging," thus, helping in their physical, mental and spiritual well-being as they prepare for the future.

How you can help: The Center hosts an annual golf tournament in October, which provides a perfect way to support their mission. Another great way to give back is to participate in a focus group. The center is always looking for seniors who can share their issues and concerns, as well as their positive experiences as aging adults.
