The 135-acre mixed use development, known as Halcyon, in Alpharetta will add six new tenants to its shopping and dining options.
The new offerings will open throughout the summer. They are: The Gibson Co., Salata Salad Kitchen, Joey, Unexpected Pooch Bistro and Boutique, Holmes Slice and CT Al Pastor. The staggered openings will began on June 20 and will continue into early August.
Here’s the scoop on the new offerings:
The Gibson Co.: A Cumming-based home decor shop. This is its second location.
Salata Salad Kitchen: Billed as a healthy, fast-casual restaurant known for custom bowls and wraps.
Joey: A pilates and dance cardio studio with group fitness classes.
Unexpected Pooch: The store will offer "trendsetting pet accessories sourced from all over the globe."
Holmes Slice: Opening in the Market Hall from chef Taylor Neary, Holmes Slice is "a chef-driven pizza concept."
CT Al Pastor: CT Cantina Taqueria will expand to the Market hall with this quick-service offering.
“Thanks to the tremendous support from the Forsyth County community, Halcyon and our Market Hall continue to be a place where local entrepreneurs are growing their businesses and experimenting with creative ideas to serve guests in new ways,” Phil Mays, principal at RocaPoint Partners and developer of Halcyon, said in a press release.
When it opened last year, Halcyon joined the trend of massive mixed-use developments to pop up outside the perimeter in recent years. The $370 million mini-city is located in southern Forsyth County is about 25 miles from downtown Atlanta. It joins other mixed-used developments in Alpharatta, like Avalon and the North Point Mall project.
