Rebel Wilson announces she’s dating a woman in prideful Instagram post
Actress Rebel Wilson came out as a member of the LGBTQ+ community with an Instagram post Thursday, announcing that she had found her “Disney Princess.”
That princess, Los Angeles-based designer Ramona Agruma, came as a welcome surprise to many of Wilson’s fans, garnering the Instagram post over 1.2 million likes within the day.
“I thought I was searching for a Disney Prince… but maybe what I really needed all this time was a Disney Princess,” the post read.
Her Pitch Perfect co-star Brittany Snow left a comment, with five heart eye emojis.
Orange is the New Black actress Ruby Rose commented, “Yes!” with a clapping emoji.
The rest of the comments — there were more than 11 thousand left before Wilson turned off commenting — were filled with excitement and surprise at Wilson’s announcement.
According to Agruma’s Instagram biography, she is the founder of Los Angeles-based sustainable fashion brand Lemon Ve Limon.
In her recent cover story with People Magazine, the Senior Year star spoke about the new love in her life.
“There were some times that I was probably putting up with that I shouldn’t have, so it feels different to be in a really healthy relationship,” Wilson said.
