Four things to do around Atlanta on Tuesday, Dec. 22:

1. FEATURED
Catch the Atlanta Ballet's Nutcracker at the Fox Theatre, a celebrated holiday event for 20 years set to live music from the Atlanta Ballet's orchestra. Show beginss at 7:30 p.m. and tickets start at $32. [It's actually a challenge to choose which shows to see before the end of the holiday season. Which ones strike your fancy?]

2. FREE & CHEAP
Starting at 5 p.m. on Tuesdays, guests of Bone Lick BBQ can order sliders, boiled peanuts, Tecate beer and select shots - each for $2. [Kids tagging along? They eat for only $3 at Red Pepper Taqueria on Tuesdays.]

3. FOOD
Throw away the Christmas Eve dinner ingredient list because some of Atlanta's best restaurants want to serve you a magical meal on this special night. [Wash down the holiday goodness with one (or more) of these 10 champagne cocktails.]

4. FAMILY-FRIENDLY
Christmas break is here, so that means it's officially tube time. Snow Mountain has a snow-packed day of family fun in store for you including snowman building, snowball shooting, tubing and more. [The countdown has begun for the holiday fun to end. We hope you've had a blast at some of these Christmas-inspired happenings around Atlanta.]
