This Wednesday, take a deep breath and get your “om” on to help carry you through the rest of the week. A speed round of trivia may also or maybe you prefer gazing at the moon. Whatever you choose these events are sure to cure the mid-week blues.

‘AVALOM WEDNESDAYS’

Head to Avalon for this weekly yoga series that will have you relaxed in no time. The event  which takes place in the Plaza includes special yoga, barre and pilates classes presented by various studios and instructors. Avalom, 6 - 7 p.m. Wednesdays now through October 31. Free. ‘KING OF POPS SPEED TRIVIA’

On May 23 (and every Wednesday night) at The Shed in Ponce City Market just off the Atlanta Beltline, King of Pops and Dirty South Trivia host a night of team trivia. The fun begins at 6:30 p.m. and is open to the public. Test your knowledge for a chance to win first, second and third place prizes from PCM's stores. ‘MIDNIGHT MOON GLOW’
