Drop by the Atlanta History Center on October 7th for a lighthearted Halloween celebration. As part of the Magic Mondays program, this seasonal special includes a costume parade around the museum, fall-themed activities and creative play.

Hosted by Kennesaw State University, Owl-O-Ween is back with hot air balloon rides, a kid's playfield, trick-or-treating at the balloons, a kid's stage, live entertainment and more. Ghouls and goblins take over Smith Family Farm October 18th as part of Atlanta History Center's Haunted Halloween event. Visitors will enjoy wizards making potions, a vampire saloon, not-so-scary trick-or-treating in the main building and much more.

The Halloween Magic Show returns to the Aurora Children's Playhouse for another exciting year. Magician Arthur Atsma will amuse the audience with Halloween-themed tricks, comedy and sleight-of-hand magic.

Spend your Halloween communing with the animals at Zoo Atlanta during Boo at the Zoo. Along with over 1,000 animals onsite, this event will feature Zoo Boo Town with themed activities, characters and treat stations while supplies last.

Bring your little ones on a non-scary guided hike around the grounds of the Chattahoochee Nature Center this Halloween. In the 34th year, guests will meander in a group along a lighted trail, meet costumed characters and enjoy a bonfire, hot chocolate and s' mores.

Nobody understands children like Fernbank, especially during the Halloween season. The Dinosaur Trick-or-Treat event takes place October 26th and features candy stations in the Great Hall, hands-on activities, a DJ, themed games, LEGO Halloween Build-and-Take, a dinosaur dig, photo opportunities and an appearance from Giggy A. Dinosaur.
