Sunday is National Ice Cream Day, and locations all around the Metro will celebrate with free and discounted ice cream.

It's time for the Railroad Rendezvous again, and this year's event will feature a few additions. Along with the old favorites, guests will also get a chance to see model train layouts, board a real locomotive, create railroad-themed crafts and take part in hands-on activities.

Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park will host Infantry Demonstrations throughout the weekend. This not-to-miss event is free to the public and will include basic infantry tactics, live demonstrations and real musket firings.
