It can be tough to find childcare for the quick hour it takes to get into the gym, but Pink Barre iin Virginia Highlands has a solution this Wednesday for fit moms in midtown. The studio will offer a class of two 30-minute segments--30 minutes of barre, 30 minutes of music--for free to moms and their babies. Register online here. This event will also be accepting donations in support for the Morningside/Ansley Friends in Support of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.

CycleBar is opening its first Atlanta location in Dunwoody this month, and as a celebration of their new premiere cycling classes, the company will offer over 50 free classes to prospective students over a 10-day period. The fast-paced 50-minute ride features detailed CycleStats and high-energy music, which attendees can download after the class is over. Amenities like shower and toiletries, aromatherapy, fresh fruit and more offer plenty of reason to get into the studio and try it out. Register for your free class online here.

Fusion Fest

Exhale Spa is known nationally for their array of fusion classes, integrating different combinations of barre, cardio, yoga and more to help attendees build muscle, increase the heart rate and strengthen their core. Thursday, Exhale locations across the country will open their evening Core Fusion classes up for free. Adventure Run

Add some fun to your evening run with this one-hour jaunt by Road Runner Sports, which offers free raffle tickets along the way at multiple checkpoints. The organizers announce an after-party at the event so that the good times can keep rolling well into the night. Those who register by noon on event day will receive a GPS map sent to their email to help them get to their destination.

Pure Barre Pop Up
Sunday, May 22, 5 p.m. |Presented by Pure Barre Vinings | Hermi's Bridge
For the second year in a row, Pure Barre is taking their lift, tuck, burn out of the studio and onto Hermi's Bridge for a nature-infused barre class. All you need to participate is a yoga mat and a water bottle. The class will meet at the bridge, which is location near Canoe Restaurant, at 5 p.m. and although the event is free, attendees should register in advance online.
