CHATTAHOCHEE HILLS

The Sleepy Hollow Experience

Along with the chill in the air, the actors at Serenbe Playhouse want to send more shivers up your spine. For the third year in a row, they’re putting on a production of “Sleepy Hollow,” but with a few unusual twists. The play still contains the likes of Ichabod Crane and the object of his affection, Katrina. However, you won’t hear the story in a theater, but rather from storytellers as they guide you through open fields, a tired old town and a covered bridge that are all part of Serenbe’s rolling fields. Be warned: The Headless Horseman also will be roaming the grounds through Nov. 1.

8 and 10:30 p.m. Oct. 2 and 3; 8 p.m Oct. 4. $25. Serenbe Playhouse, 9110 Selborne Lane, Chattahoochee Hills. 770-463-1110, serenbeplayhouse.com.
