SANDY SPRINGS
Funukkah Festival
The Congregation B’nai Torah community celebrates the fun in Hanukkah with a family festival. Kids will find plenty to enjoy at the event, including music with the Learning Groove’s Mr. Michael, art projects from the Purple Hippo Studio and a Maccabee Ninja Warrior obstacle course. Families also can make memories at the photo booth, play with dreidels and nosh on doughnuts. You can take a moment to give back by making gift bags for needy children at Lake Forest Elementary School; attendees are invited to bring a variety of school supplies and games that will be given to the students the following day.
10 a.m.-noon Dec. 13. $15 per person; $25 per family. Congregation B'nai Torah, 700 Mount Vernon Highway, Sandy Springs. 404-257-0537, bnaitorah.org.
