HAMPTON
DIY Holiday Ornaments
The stockings are set, the holly is hung, but there might just be a few branches on that tree that could use a little sparkle. Consider adding a few extras, all without having to lift a finger and while keeping the kiddies entertained. Head to the Clayton County Library’s DIY Holiday Ornament event at the Lovejoy branch. Kids ages 5-11 are invited to decorate baskets and ornaments to show off the holiday spirit while parents sit back and watch. Advance registration is required, so be sure this is one holiday list that includes your tyke’s name.
11 a.m. Dec. 23. Free. Clayton County Library, Lovejoy branch, 1721 McDonough Road, Hampton. 770-472-8129, claytonpl.mhsoftware.com.
