From the last of the summer tomato harvest to the first batch of New Mexico hatch chilis, this week has events for every taste and budget.

5:00 p.m. at South City Kitchen Vinings. Get your tomatos while you can with TomatoJam, now through Saturday, August 22 at South City Kitchen Vinings. The juicy summer fruit is the star on the limited-time menu, which includes tomato pie with sliced radishes, heirloom tomato risotto with basil and aged jack cheese and pork chop with curried tomato, roasted eggplant and pickled okra. Chuy's 27th Annual Green Chili Festival
11:00 a.m. at Chuy's. For the next few weeks, the popular Mexican chain devotes part of its menu to another summer favorite, the green chile, with six new dishes including green chile pork tamales, bacon wrapped pork rellenos and veggie fajitas. Davio's Celebrates Five-Year Anniversary

Venkman's Pop-up at Craft Izakaya
6:00 p.m. atCraft Izakaya. Brad Tolleson, beverage manager at Venkman's, the new venture from Chef Nick Melvin and PleaseRock front men Nick Niespodziani and Peter Olson, will be making his signature cocktail , The Ecto-Cooler, behind the Craft bar both Saturday and Sunday. A boozy variation on the retro Hi-C drink with the same name, this isn't your average after-school drink. Vodka is mixed with lemon, tangerine, sugar cane, a little lemon zest and a touch of spinach chlorophyll to give it that magic green color (without the leafy taste).
