"NCIS" 8 p.m. CBS (11th season debut) — An explosion happens at a D.C. black-tie affair.

"NCIS: Los Angeles" 9 p.m. CBS (fifth season debut) — The team searches for stolen nuclear weapons.

"The Goldbergs" 9:01 p.m. ABC (new series) — Sort of like "The Wonder Years" set in the 1980s.

"Lucky 7" 10 p.m. ABC (new series) — Seven coworkers at a gas station win the lottery.

"Person of Interest" 10 p.m. CBS (third season debut) — The Machine pumps out numbers for a naval officer during Fleet Week.
