July 31, 2014Atlanta artist Radcliffe Bailey curates a new exhibit at a downtown gallery that he hopes will leave people talking about war and its aftermath.
“Art Against the Wall” at Galley 72 looks at conflicts at home and abroad.
The exhibit is part of the city’s commemoration of the 150th anniversary of the Civil War’s Battle of Atlanta, but Bailey goes beyond that particular war.
“I’m just throwing it out there,” he said. “As an artist, I deal in the business of emotions.”
Read more about what Bailey has to say about war and its consequences.
