USED TO BE, Richie Rich was the world's wealthiest kid. But People Magazine shows he's been displaced by some entertainment-savvy youngsters. Who tops People's list?

WELL, DUH. People didn't come right out and say Miley Cyrus was the richest, but they report that the 15-year-old actress/singer took home $17.5 million from her concert tour and inked a seven-figure book deal, and that was BEFORE the Vanity Fair hubbub. Other kids who are raking in the bucks:

THE JONAS BROTHERS (from left, Kevin, Nick and Joe): They're worth $12 million total, People says. Financially speaking, touring with Miley Cyrus doesn't hurt.

ANGUS T. JONES ("Two and a Half Men"): According to the article, earns $1.2 million per season for playing a wisecracking, unmotivated teen.

MARK INDELICATO ("Ugly Betty"): Spends his $50-a-week allowance (out of a $460,000-per-season salary) on skin-care items (for breakouts), computer games and clothes, People says.

TYLER JAMES WILLIAMS ("Everybody Hates Chris"): Magazine reports an estimated salary of $1.2 million per season to portray the de facto Chris Rock.

ABIGAIL BRESLIN: 12-year-old "Nim's Island" actress saw an earnings increase of up to $2 million per film after she was nominated for an Oscar in 2006, estimates the mag.

DAKOTA FANNING (left, with actress Robin-Wright Penn): The Conyers native receives as much as $4 million per film but claims she doesn't get an allowance, reports People.

MEANTIME, THESE STARS are no longer kids, but still earning healthy sums. "High School Musical's" VANESSA HUDGENS banked $2 million in 2006 with the help of product endorsements, the magazine claims. And ZAC EFRON received $3 million for "HSM3," more than any of the movie's other stars.

CHRIS BROWN: The singer earned $18.2 million, People says, not including film work.

HAYDEN PANETTIERE: "Heroes" star earns about $30,000 per episode, but product endorsements help her rake in closer to $5 million, People's sources say.

TAYLOR SWIFT: People didn't name a dollar figure but did mention the country singer splurged on a million-dollar tour bus.

THE "HARRY POTTER" TRIO: Rupert Grint (left) and Emma Watson (center) earn about $4 million per "HP" film, and Daniel Radcliffe (right) will earn around $50 million for the final films, People says.
