The video begins with Swift on the beach staring at the ocean after a breakup. Soon vines overcome her and she is in the woods being chased by wolves.

>> Taylor Swift celebrated Christmas with an 'elfie'

She escapes them only to meet them again on a snowy mountain during the next verse.

Swift then falls into water only to find herself in woods again. The pattern continues but with heavy rains and fire thrown into the mix.

The video fades to black with the words "She lost him but she found herself and somehow that was everything."
