Toby Keith brought his "Biggest & Baddest tour" to Lakewood Amphitheatre in Atlanta on Thursday. The group Carter's Chord opened for him. According to their web site, Carter's Chord are three singing and songwriting sisters whose parents toured and recorded with Waylon Jennings during the height of the Outlaw movement.
