NFL crowds rock out to Maroon 5, Kid Rock and Lady Antebellum

The NFL Kickoff Concert, featuring Maroon 5, Kid Rock, and Lady Antebellum, drew about 50,000 people - by the NFL's estimation - outside Lambeau Field Thursday before the first game of the NFL season between the Green Bay Packers and the New Orleans Saints.

Led by tattooed pop heartthrob Adam Levine, Maroon 5 started the show with a brisk three-song set capped by current radio hit "Moves Like Jagger."

Armed with the night's longest set of an hour, Kid Rock entered the stage with his signature wail of "My name is Kiiiiiiiiiiid" ...

Kid Rock thrilled the crowd. "I know one thing: It's football-season time in Green Bay," Kid Rock told the cheering crowd.

Kid Rock delivered a rendition of Born Free on piano beneath a patriotic backdrop to finish his set.

The crowd remained mainly intact for all three performances.

Lady Antebellum performed their new single, "We Owned the Night" for the national TV cameras.

Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott and Charles Kelley serenade the crowd with their chart topper "Need You Now." Lady Antebellum closed out the show.
