Mary J. Blige releases new CD at New York party

Fur, friends and frosty weather were part of the action at Mary J. Blige's release party for her new CD, "Growing Pains."

Patti Labelle (right) turns out for the guest of honor. "Growing Pains" is Blige's eighth release.

Was the party held at the North Pole? Actually it took place at the SoHo Grand Hotel in New York, where the day's high was only 36 degrees. Here's Labelle, looking toasty.
