Madonna opened her 'Sticky and Sweet' tour in Wales. The tour visits Atlanta in November.

Madonna premieres her 'Sticky and Sweet' tour at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium in Wales on Saturday. The tour is scheduled to stop at Philips Arena in Atlanta on Nov. 24.

No indication that Madonna is riding any of her male dancers this time around, but she clearly still has that giddayap attitude.

Maybe it's because she's finally turned 50, Madonna has replaced the saddles and bridles and hunkered-down slaves with a car.

Well, she does still have the slaves, but there were no photos this time of her rigging them up for riding.

The queen of pop kicked off her world tour, armed with three racks of clothing, a small mountain of diamonds, and a retinue large enough to fill a passenger jet.

Madonna took a none-too subtle swipe at the presumptive Republican nominee for U.S. president, according to The Associated Press report. A video interlude carried images of destruction, global warming, Adolf Hitler -- and Sen. John McCain.

A later video sequence in Madonna's show pictured slain Beatle John Lennon, followed by climate activist Al Gore, Mahatma Gandhi and finally McCain's Democratic rival Barack Obama.

AP reported that the world's top-selling female recording artist is still writhing, shaking and shimmying with the best of them.

The show, according to AP, had the usual Madonna fixtures: sequins, fishnets, and bondage-style outfits drawn from the 3,500 items of clothing reportedly whipped together by 36 designers specifically for the tour.
