ATL Soul Life Music Festival
On Saturday, Syleena Johnson, the Robert Glasper Experiment, Lalah Hathaway, Eric Roberson and Anthony David will take the stage at Wolf Creek, while the second day of the festival will spotlight Rahsaan Patterson, Avery Sunshine, Kindred the Family Soul, Angie Stone and Goapele. This is the second year of the festival, which allows fans to bring their own food and drinks into the venue.

Dave Matthews Band
The perennial road warriors are celebrating the band’s 25th anniversary this year with a 46-date tour. Fans are so accustomed to seeing DMB live that it’s worth noting the guys have already announced they’re taking a break from the road in 2017. If you check them out, they’ll make it worth your time by playing two full sets.

Will Hoge
The Nashville musician released his 10th studio album, “Small Town Dreams,” in April 2015 and said at the time, “It’s a reflection of where I am currently in my life, but also where I grew up, and, ultimately, where I think I’m going.” Hoge, who has toured with everyone from ZZ Top to Lisa Loeb to Jason Isbell, specializes in Americana, but is regarded for his astute storytelling.

Chris Stapleton
The hirsute country star will perform after the Atlanta Braves take on the Miami Marlins (first pitch is 5:05 p.m.). Stapleton has earned many kudos since the fall, capped by his first two Grammy wins in February. After years of writing hits for other country stars, Stapleton’s “Traveller” album has made the soulful belter a star in his own right.

Mudcrutch
Tom Petty and his ’70s-era Southern rock band Mudcrutch have reunited for a new album and tour, which launched May 26. The band formed in Gainesville, Fla., in 1970, and first got back together in 2008 to record their self-titled debut. Their second release, the aptly named “2,” arrived last week. Petty — who plays bass in the group — wrote seven of the album’s 11 songs, with the rest coming from Mike Campbell, Tom Leadon, Randall Marsh and Benmont Tench.

Jimmy Buffett
Fins up, Parrotheads — a year to the day since Buffett and his Coral Reefer Band performed at Infinite Energy Center (formerly Gwinnett Arena), they are returning for the I Don’t Know tour. In addition to hearing Buffett’s hit list in concert, fans soon will get to hear them worked into musical form. The “Margaritaville” musical will premiere at the La Jolla Playhouse in California in May 2017. The show will feature an original story that weaves in Buffett classics as well as some new tunes.
