Dave Koz
Saxophonist Dave Koz brings his friends to Chastain Park Amphitheatre with special guest jazz vocalist Michael Franks. Koz is best known for his hits “Life in the Fast Lane” and “Start All Over Again,” which he performed in season seven of “Desperate Housewives” alongside singer Dana Glover. Koz has been nominated for both a Grammy Award and an NAACP Image Award. His recent album, “Summer Horns,” was released in 2013; it’s a collaboration album featuring Gerald Albright, Mindi Abair and Richard Elliot.

Third World and Maxi Priest
The National Black Arts Festival presents Jamaican band Third World, British-Jamaican vocalist Maxi Priest and Atlanta’s own soul singer Julie Dexter. Step out on the dance floor or the VIP area for a night of reggae jams and winding. Third World’s style has been described as a reggae-fusion of R&B, pop, rock and dance hall. The six-member band’s album, “Under the Magic Sun,” will be released later this summer.

Panic at the Disco
Sweat your fever out with Panic at Chastain Park Amphitheatre with opening bands Walk the Moon and Youngblood Hawke. Their 2005 debut album, “A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out,” reached platinum in the U.S., and they are best known for their songs “I Write Sins Not Tragedies” and “Nine in the Afternoon.” Earlier this summer, the band released an EP titled “Nicotine.” Indie rock band Walk the Moon opens for Panic and has quickly become popular for the infectious beats and guitar riffs in its singles, “Anna Sun” and “Tightrope.” In June, Walk the Moon had a show at the Renaissance Hotel in Midtown.

OneRepublic
It’s not too late to purchase tickets to see OneRepublic live at Aaron’s Amphitheatre at Lakewood Aug. 19 for its Native Summer Tour. The Grammy-nominated band — well known for its chart-topping songs “Apologize” and “Counting Stars”— is made up of lead vocalist Ryan Tedder, lead guitarist Zach Filkins, Drew Brown on the keyboard, drummer Eddie Fisher and bass guitarist Brent Kutzle. Its third studio album, “Native,” was released in March 2013.

Tori Amos
Singer-songwriter, pianist and composer Tori Amos released her 14th studio album, “Unrepentant Geraldines,” in May. Commercially, Amos is best known for her single “A Sorta Fairytale,” but she has sold over 12 million albums worldwide. Her “Unrepentant Geraldines” Tour has already gone across Europe. After a stop in North America, she takes the tour to South Africa and Australia.
