Buckhead's Roxy Theatre hosted a night of quality indie rock featuring the Editors (pictured), Hot Hot Heat and Louis XIV Friday night.

Editors, formed in 2003 in Birmingham, England, are comprised of Tom Smith (pictured) (lead vocals, rhythm guitar, piano), Chris Urbanowicz (lead guitar and synth), Russell Leetch (bass guitar and backing vocals), and Ed Lay (drums, percussion and backing vocals).

In 2006, Editors were nominated for Britain's Mercury Prize. Tom Smith performs "Munich."

Indie popsters Hot Hot Heat formed in Victoria, British Columbia in 1999. Vocalist Steve Bays sings "Bandages."

Hot Hot Heat recently appeared on Jay Leno and Conan O"Brien's shows. In 2004, Make Up the Breakdown won "Favorite Album" at the Canadian Independent Music Awards.

Steve Bays performs Hot Hot Heat's hit, "Middle of Nowhere," Saturday night at a crowded Roxy Theatre.

Louis XIV is a garage rock band from San Diego, Calif., which formed in April 2003 from the band Convoy.

Louis XIV consist of Jason Hill (vocals, bass, guitar), Brian Karscig (vocals, guitar, bass, keyboard), Mark Maigaard (drums) and James Armbrust on bass.

Vocalist Jason Hill sings the Louis XIV hit "Finding Out True Love Is Blind."

A near-sellout in Buckhead for Editors, Hot Hot Heat and Louis XIV. Upcoming shows at the popular venue include Big Head Todd & the Monsters, Lupe Fiasco, The Bravery, From The Jam, and Edwin McCain.

The set list for Editors. The bands next travel to Washington, New York, Philadelphia, Boston, Montreal, Toronto and Chicago.
