The Brazilian leg of Beyonce's world tour began in Florian polis on Thursday, continued through Sao Paulo (shown), and finishes Wednesday. But she wasn't just in Brazil to perform concerts.

The singer took time on Tuesday to join the recording of a music video with Alicia Keys at the Praca Maua square, in Rio de Janeiro.

Keys and Beyonce filmed the video in Rio de Janeiro's Dona Marta slum.

By filming in the Dona Marta slum, Keys and Beyonce are paying homage to Michael Jackson, whose clip, "They Don't Care About Us" made the slum famous.
