DESPITE THE name of their new movie, 'The Ugly Truth,' super-attractive actors Katherine Heigl and Gerard Butler promoted the flick by showing up and looking gorgeous.

HEIGL IS best-known as the compassionate but romantically confused doctor Izzie Stevens on 'Grey's Anatomy.' The premiere took place in Hollywood -- the movie is a romantic comedy/chick flick.

YOU MAY remember Gerard Butler as the ultra-buff Spartan King Leonidas in the gore-fest '300.' 'The Ugly Truth' opens July 24.
