Stars of 'Taking Woodstock' turn out for the movie's premiere in New York and Los Angeles.

CELEBRITIES WITH wilted flowers and flashing peace signs greeted the cameras at the premieres of 'Taking Woodstock' in New York and Los Angeles. Here's Emile Hirsch looking like he's still 'Into the Wild' in New York.

COMEDIAN/ACTOR Demetri Martin plays the aspiring interior designer whose musical fest permit in upstate New York made Woodstock possible.

LIEV SCHREIBER is in the movie too, but you won't see him looking like this -- he plays a blond transvestite named Vilma. (And she's not very pretty, either.)

REMEMBER THAT annoying song 'A Thousand Miles' with that was played in the Zales Christmas commercials? Well, you have Vanessa Carlton to thank for that.

DIRECTOR ANG LEE wishes us peace, man. His previous credits include 'Brokeback Mountain' and 'The Ice Storm.'

DEMETRI MARTIN, still looking natty among so many faux and real hippies, promotes the movie at the Los Angeles premiere. (Can you believe he's 36?)

HIRSCH DUMPS dumps the shmata and goes for the Hollywood look, complete with big sunglasses, at the West Coast premiere.

BILLY CORGAN -- he of Smashing Pumpkins fame and onetime boyfriend of Courtney Love -- is on hand for Ang Lee's movie.

KELLI GARNER -- you may know her as the real girl in 'Lars and the Real Girl' -- is credited as 'VW Girl' in the movie. As in, VW bus.
