Sesame Street’s 3 ½-year-old who wants to be a part of everything is now a part of Instagram.

Sesame Street announced Wednesday that Elmo was its first furry friend to have an account — which is already verified, of course — on the social media platform.

Elmo’s Instagram account says it is run with help from his mommy and daddy. So far there are only six posts, which form a photo of Elmo, but the ticklish toddler with the high-pitched voice already has more than 3,000 followers.

Parents of young kids will, naturally, want to follow Elmo’s account. But who does Elmo follow?

So far, Elmo is following 25 accounts, including Atlanta's Lil Nas XMiles Brown of "black-ish," Jordin Sparks and Batman.

Elmo and his friends recently appeared with Atlanta neurosurgeon and CNN chief medical correspondent Sanjay Gupta to answer kids' questions about the coronavirus pandemic.
