Keeping a new year's resolution of weight loss or continued healthy living means more than simply hitting the gym. Smart eating habits prove just as important. Consider the following North Fulton spots for guilt-free chow.
The Big Ketch Saltwater Grill
Those with figure-fixing fish dishes on their radar may want to cast a line here or at its sister Buckhead location. Salmon, grouper and ahi tuna, either blackened or grilled, can be noshed upon. Go for greens with a tropical salad with a drizzling of Key lime mango dressing. Its Mediterranean quinoa bowl gets a skewer of grilled scallops for a topper.

Luv-a-Bowl
Owner Lisa Lee rolls out an array of bowls and smoothies starring acai, a tiny purple berry found on palm trees in Brazil. Its serious antioxidants give it strong health food cred. Popular picks on the menu include the Berry Explosion and Mango Pineapple bowls. The Paleo Bowl, another favorite, blends acai, almond butter and chocolate almond milk, and tosses the whole thing with almonds.

Loving Hut
Housed in the former World Peace Cafe spot, this all-vegan restaurant waves its green flag as part of an international chain. Dive your fork into a raw kale salad, bite into a black bean burger and a laundry list of others. Its raw pizza features a ground flax crust and a basil sun-dried tomato pesto sauce. Raw cashew cheese melts on top with onions, red pepper, celery, cucumber, broccoli and cauliflower.

Avocado Vegan Cafe and Juice Bar
Juices and sensible bites highlight this vegan-friendly eatery. You might want to devour kale sautéed in coconut curry and blackened tofu resting on a bed of brown rice. Perhaps chase it with a Metabolism Booster, a concoction of apple, cucumber, beet and lemon juices with ginger.
