Souper Jenny open in Decatur

On Valentine's Day, Jenny Levison made fans of her popular Buckhead soup and sandwich shop happy by debuting a second Souper Jenny location on West Court Square in Decatur. Vine and Tap open in Lenox Village

Ian Mendelsohn, a former beverage director of the St. Regis Hotel in Buckhead, and his wife, Susan, have opened Vine & Tap in the former Pizzeria Venti space in the Lenox Village shopping center on Lenox Road. Vintage Frozen Custard shop opening

Atlanta food truck favorite Vintage Frozen Custard is set to open a brick-and-mortar shop on March 1 in the former Ben's Brown Bag space on Howell Mill Road. Vintage touts its premium old-fashioned frozen custard, which is made fresh daily, as "velvety smooth with a rich flavor." Restaurant Eugene 10-Year Jubilee

In April, Restaurant Eugene will begin its 10th year of operation. But the award-winning Buckhead restaurant is already celebrating with a couple of new promotions that owners Gina and Linton Hopkins recently announced.
