Nikolai’s Roof gets new look, menu

Downtown dining stalwart Nikolai's Roof unveiled its new look and menu on Feb. 28. But fear not, the iconic panoramic view from the 30th floor of the Hilton Atlanta remains. The new menu from chef de cuisine Stephanie Alderete features American and Russian influenced dishes served a la carte or in three-, four- or six-course options. 255 Courtland St. N.E., Atlanta. 404-659-2000, 3.hilton.com.
