Lusca opening soon
Chef Angus Brown confirms that Lusca had hoped to open April 21 but now it might be late April. The new full-service lunch and dinner restaurant from Brown and chef Nhan Le of Octopus Bar, their adventurous East Atlanta after-hours eats-and-drinks hangout, takes over the South Buckhead space once occupied by Bluefin. "It's pretty much the dream restaurant for Nhan and me," Brown said. Look for a "small and simple" menu featuring cured meats and other treats from butcher Jonathan Sellitto, and a raw bar with the likes of sashimi, hamachi, oysters, live scallops and sea urchin. 1829 Peachtree Road N.E., Atlanta. facebook.com/luscaatl.
