Atlanta photographer Angie Mosier's latest photo exhibition features dishwashers at metro Atlanta restaurants Home Grown, Little Tart, Kimball House, Matthews Cafeteria and One Flew South.

Zachary “Z” Huff, an Atlanta native living in East Lake, works in the dish pit at Home Grown. He played football in high school and works a second job as an electrician.

Eric Mason, who moved to Atlanta in the seventh grade from Baltimore, works in the dish pit at Home Grown.

Jeremy is considered the “pit boss” at Kimball House in Decatur. The name comes from both his dishpit skills and his love of the mosh pit at punk shows.

Travis Polk's hour-long commute to work at One Flew South entails taking a MARTA bus and train, followed by a walk through airport security, and a ride on the "Plane Train" to Concourse E.

Travis Polk has worked at One Flew South in Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport for 2 ½ years. in addition to his work as a dishwasher, he also serves as a prep cook.

Knives are tethered to the wall at One Flew South.
