Papi’s Roast Pork is an old family recipe

I had lunch at the new Papi's Cuban & Caribbean Grill at Emory Point. Everything was great, but I loved the Roast Pork served with yellow rice and maduros. Would they share the recipe? Thanks.—Jona Consentino, Braselton

The folks at Papi’s were indeed willing to share this old family recipe. They tell us it’s a classic Cuban recipe, simple but delicious. The marinade is easy, just purchased Mojo marinade with the addition of garlic, salt and black pepper. All you need is patience. Patience for the marinating. Patience for the cooking.
