Multiple restaurants: Open Hand Atlanta and presenting sponsor Cox Automotive, Inc. will host the 24th annual Dining Out for Life event, which will invite everyone to dine out for breakfast, lunch or dinner at any of nearly 100 participating restaurants including Campagnolo, Miller Union, Slice and Osteria Mattone on Wednesday, April 20. In return, the restaurants will donate a portion of the proceeds to Open Hand, which delivers healthy meal to underserved, chronically ill individuals across 19 north Georgia counties.
Venkman's: CigarBQue, a touring festival, will bring together Atlanta's top food and beverage talent for an evening filled with fine cigars, great food and unique drinks from 6-9 p.m. Thursday, April. 21. Chefs and beverage specialists include Nick Melvin of Venkman's, Conor O'Reilly of Seven Lamps, Mikey Kilbourne of One Eared Stag and more. Tickets, which are $75, may be purchased here. Proceeds will be donated to the Cigar Family Charitable Foundation, which works with local organizations in the Dominican Republic to fight poverty and more.
Saltyard: Kick off patio season with happy hour specials including $1 oysters, $3 craft beers, and $5 glasses of wine from 5-7 p.m. every weekday. Dogs are permitted on the patio too, so bring your furry friends.
