Located in the courtyard of One Buckhead Plaza (3050 Peachtree Road N.W., Atlanta), behind a nondescript door, lies Himitsu, a Japanese-style cocktail lounge designed by British designer Tom Dixon. Dramatically sexy, Himitsu is filled with contrasting textures of shiny copper, lush velvet and rich woods set off by jewel tones of deep purple and teal. The 65-seat, reservation-only lounge is dimly lit by the soft glow of a chandelier levitating above the long leather banquette, cocktail rounds and intimate, seven-seater bar.
