Chrome extension lets you have a Netflix party with friends

Social distancing is important to slow the spread of the coronavirus, but Netflix wants you to still have movie night with your pals.

Netflix Party is a Google Chrome extension that lets you all watch the same movie at the same time. It even comes with a chat room, so your snide comments won’t be wasted on the cat.

You need only four things: a Google Chrome browser, the extension, a Netflix subscription and friends.

The extension can be found at netflixparty.com on a Google Chrome browser. click "Get Netflix Party for free!" This will redirect you to Netflix Party's page on the chrome web store.
